Park Slope Townhouse



A doctor and his young family purchased this brownstone, originally built in 1901, with the intent to restore the beauty of its original detailing. We also moved the kitchen to the parlor level, added a third bedroom, built a new bath in the primary suite, created stair-access to the roof, and equipped the home with new HVAC and a solar array.  All  images courtesy of Casey Zane Simons (www.caseyzanephotography.com).
