London Terrace Co-Op

In one of Manhattan’s most iconic addresses, we transformed a dated floor plan into a
modern showpiece—restoring the apartment’s Art Deco spirit while reimagining it for contemporary living and entertaining.
Completed in 1930, London Terrace was once the largest apartment complex in the world and remains a defining example
of the “city within a city” concept. Marrying classic architectural detail with modern functionality, the complex offers a
rare sense of scale and intimacy in the heart of Chelsea.
This balance of old and new guided the renovation of a 750-square-foot co-op into a chic entertaining space and inviting
city retreat. At the heart of the transformation is the kitchen, which was completely rethought—and relocated—into an
open layout accentuated by a custom-built butler’s pantry and integrated wet bar, bringing new life and flow to the
historic home.
