Location - Upper West Side, Manhattan, New York

The clients, a married couple with adult children, were interested in a simple space inspired by Danish Modern Design, foregrounding function and materiality. We loaded the kitchen with storage and counter space, renovated the bathrooms, and generally cleaned up a somewhat motley floor plan, leaving a clean, functional, and sophisticated home. Architecture and interior design by John Patrick Cunningham Architect, pllc. (JPC/A). Construction by Alfonso Rodriguez of PLN inc.
